Artists Point Lake Buena Vista 

Artists Point LAKE BUENA VISTA Set amid the rustic stone and wood of a wilderness lodge, this restaurant looks out across a vista of meadow and water. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest, the menu takes its cues from seafood and game native to the region. Buffalo, venison and duck are prominent items, along with salmon prepared in a number of ways, including roasted on a cedar plank. Steak and elk are also available, along with sausages smoked on the premises. Desserts capitalize on berries and apples but include a flourless chocolate cake too. The wine list, which features vintages from Oregon and Washington, is terrific, primarily because the wines are produced in small batches. Reservations recommended. Business dress.
