Southwest Florida Museum of History; specifically focused on the history
of Southwest Florida and Fort Myers. Inside learn about the cities
natives and the history of the fort that held the area from native
American attacks in the 1800’s. Visit the recently opened Forbidden
History exhibit and enjoy art and demonstrations of specific artifacts
such as the Arch of the Covenant. If your looking to enjoy some history
and learn a better understanding of the cities inhabitants be sure to
drive to the Southwest Florida Museum of History.
Have
some young bustling skaters in the car? Fort Myers has a large skate
park that has been recently revamped, with cheap access (3$ a day) your
kids will enjoy a fun filled day as they ride the ramps!
Fort Myers is know for its large marina, however it has won awards in
