Sanford is home to an extensive expanse of lakes, with many kayaking and canoeing groups skimming the lake daily. Among the tourists in and around the lake is a tour boat called the Rivership Romance, a voyager that circles the lakes daily serving food for both lunch and dinner, as well as creating entertainment for the guests. See and experience one of Florida’s most notable sea creatures, known both as the Sea Cow, and the Manatee; this creature can be seen in various areas in Sanford.
